The History of Casio Watches

Even though Casio was founded in 1946 by Tadao Kashio, it took over 25 years to release its first watch. This Japanese company started producing calculators in 1949. In 1950, it was more focused on making mechanical parts. The company became a household name in 1970.

In 2009, Casio started its partnership with the Red Bull Racing team. Since then, they have produced world champions like Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. 2010 and 2011 were great two years for the Red Bull Racing team.
